As promised, here is a look at the leather items made by Susan Lee Miniatures. In a previous post, I showed you her range of wonderful toys.
Susan's miniature shoes were beautifully made and before retiring from the miniature scene, she had a large range of leather items. From high heels, to boots, to gloves, to handbags, there was a pair of shoes for men, women and children for a miniature setting.
A particular favourite of mine were her bunny slippers for children!

Beauteous Botanicals....Grace S. Smith (USA)
Yet another artist that I do not know anything about! What I do know, is that I love her work!
I encountered the work of Grace S. Smith occasionally on the IGMA table at large shows when I first started attending them in the US. There were only a few each time and I was particularly drawn to them as I love flowers! The botanicals that Grace did were always framed the same way and each have the origianl inspiration for the flowers written on the back.
I will happily add any information to this post if anyone has anything to share about this miniature artist.

Delectable Desserts.........The English Kitchen (USA)
Who doesn' love miniature food?
Leslie Burgess of The English Kitchen makes the most wonderful desserts! She does make a number of savoury items but if you are filling a bakery - look no further!
Leslie has collaborated with a number of artisans. She has used Jason Getzan's bakery racks and marble tables to enhance her wonderful food item displays. Plates and tea sets by Stokesayware combined with Leslie's food are fabulous too!
Leslie exhibits at miniature fairs in the US and occasionally you can find her in the UK. She does have a website www.minifoods.com with a gallery of her work and a list of her shows.
